Marketing team posting positive reviews on glassdoor (it is only thing Solera is doing with success).
Cons
Everything, seriously. Legacy systems with horrorish code and infrastructure. Lying each day and promising improvements. Management without idea about products and without plan. Only target is to use the employees and sell company ASAP. Treating people like garbage, constant lay offs. Constant panic mode and issues with products. They like people to work 24/7 without compensation and even good word.
