Pros
Somehow they have attracted quite a few strong employees and middle management. There is some real talent here, which makes this situation even more heartbreaking.
Cons
While not all departments might be bad, there is rampant dysfunction, especially in the sales and marketing departments. This is a toxic environment, which is bad enough, but on top of that, the C Suite execs are verbally abusive. They do not care at all about the employees. They only care about sales and money. Honestly, anyone who is still left should be recording their interactions with the C Suite execs and filing complaints with the EEOC. They aren't paying their bills with vendors, tradeshows, etc. And good luck getting a response if you need the help of IT or HR. Every department is severely understaffed. Even if new people are hired, they don't stay long. Don't let a recruiter or hiring manager tell you it isn't that bad. It feels like a horror movie.
