The fact that Solera is even in business is amazing! Raises & bonuses on pay plans have never been paid. Commissions are never paid correctly, no back up as to their calculations, HR dept is non existent, managers are nothing but a title holder, they constantly bill customers wrong, sales are made but products can’t be delivered due to non payment to vendors
