Pros
I worked at Soliant for nearly 5 years. The only reason I left the company was because I had a very long commute. I was properly trained and completely prepared to run my own desk. The job itself is independent and you are able to manage your day according to what works best for you. Not only are you paid a fair base salary, but the commission structure is rewarding and lucrative. Also, the insurance is insanely wonderful. I made more money than many of my friends right out of college. My manager not only became a wonderful friend but I truly believed that they believed in me more than I did. The team is amazing and I have honestly made lifelong friends at Soliant. The company is also very philanthropic; donating time and money to several organizations throughout Atlanta. I have read the negative comments on this website and can only think that these have come from individuals that were in the wrong department...or ones that might have not shown the results that are needed in an efforts based position. I'm sorry that they did not come out of Soliant with a positive outlook. Any job can have negative aspects, but the overall experience I had at Soliant was wonderful.
Cons
As I have read in other reviews I can agree that there is not much room for advancement. But honestly, the managers do not have the ability to make the commission that the Account Executives make. I never had my eye on management positions purely for this reason. Being a healthcare recruiter can be stressful. But it can also be very lucrative!
