Pros
Lovely colleagues; Modern offices and facilities; Positive approach taken within my personal team; Need to write 20 words but haven't anything else to say that is positive.
Cons
Low staff morale and too much focus on monitoring staff performance; Lack of opportunity to progress; There seemed to be a hidden agenda in their recruitment process; CEO brought in several colleagues from his previous employment within months of taking up the appointment which just didn't sit well; An 'us and them' feel between staff and managers; Left without a job lined up just to get out of there as I was miserable.
