I have been working here for 7 years and have grown together with the business. The company has always put a lot of effort into making sure its people are both well trained and compensated for the work they put out. Working with the company comes with many great perks such as Quarter Bonuses/Free Lunch on Fridays/company outings/paid time off/ and much more. If you are looking to get a start in a business that will challenge you to think outside the box and keep things exciting, then this is the place for you.

Changes to the way things work tend to happen frequently; however, this is common as a company grows. Company can get very busy at times and you will be challenged to work on things as a team to complete the daily tasks.

First and foremost the most amazing part of this company is, they do not let you feel like you are an employee. Everyone is supportive, is willing to help each other and they definitely know how to have fun! This is by far the best company I’ve ever worked for. The company is always helpful, they don’t point fingers at who’s fault it was but instead they provide you solutions and tools to be successful. Working for Solid Apollo has helped further develop my skills as well as my personal life skills because of the constant challenge to raise the bar and strive for better systems/services. As far as work environment goes… work life balance is great (can’t argue about leaving at 4), awesome batch of people, plenty of opportunities to learn the ins & out of the business, amazing culture, fun-filled atmosphere, snacks for everyone, company lunch on Fridays and most importantly positive working environment where people feel valued, acknowledged and appreciated.

Honestly, none. Even if you feel any cons here, company will work to fix it. They’ve always showed respect for everyone and empowered all their employees to be successful at their positions.
