Pros
Incredible people at director level and down. The mission of the company has promise, but will never happen as long as the CEO's ego remains bigger than the company's success.
Cons
It took a walk out of the accounting team, an executive resigning, and pressure from the directors, for the executive team to provide a poorly prepped fiscal update. Outside of admittance of critical revenue issues, there were no solutions provided or acceptance of responsibility. There was a consistent lack of awareness with their tone to the group, laughing about having bake sales and go-fund-me's to salvage their financial state.
The executive team then 'committed to active communication' with the directors regarding any decisions. 5 days later, and with ZERO communication despite repeated attempts to get updates, they laid off 30% of the workforce.
The company is run by a totalitarian mindset, with little to no forward-thinking or strategy. Never did I see an acceptance of responsibility, only a shifting of blame. The executive team is a case study of weak leadership.
