Clothing perks and great coworkers, but low pay - Sales Associate Solid and Striped Employee Review

This company has made an amazing advance from start up to present day. This was the result and dedication of a few people. One is no longer there. The CEO that everyone is talking bad about is no different than any other CEO that is responsible for the success of any Company. Does anyone in the apparel industry know any CEO that does not use foul language? Give me a break!! Passion is a virtue and this CEO has it 10 fold! Yeah there were times things got hot and heavy and out of hand but one thing I can assure you there was an apology rendered after the fact.......always! As in any business sometimes change is necessary and those decisions are very difficult for any CEO. If you want a challenging job, have a great desire to learn and a amazing work ethic with a thick skin then you can make it at this company and the rewards will be plentiful! If you don't have any of the above then I would recommend you look for another job!
