Unstable and toxic work environment - Anonymous employee Solid and Striped Employee Review

I used to work at Solid & Striped for over a year, the work environment is toxic and the employees are always on edge from the CEOs erratic behavior and verbal abuse. He screams and curses at the entire company on a daily basis. He is irrational and screaming at everyone about one thing and changing his mind moments later, not realizing the impact he has on the work environment and employees. He is completely vulgar and sexist and only hires/ shoots women that he finds attractive. I have lost complete respect for this company and in particular this CEO. He has no clue how to manage a company and should not be in charge of any group or organization. The company is a chaotic disaster and needs a proper HR if anything is going to change, otherwise the CEO will run it into the ground.. people have recordings of the his rage outbursts and rants.
