This is a comment from the inside, it is absolutely subjective as my role in the company is highly internal, but I will still try to be clear in my reasoning. We are a company based on flexibility and freedom. Our priority is that each and every one of our consultants can shape their lives based on what suits them. We do not have the task of building a company according to frameworks and directives, requirements or presence. The customer is the one who together with the consultant determines the conditions, we as a company have the task, we mean, to be a support for the consultant when something goes less well. To build culture through transparency and a non-culture to constantly manage to keep the consultant's freedom first. To freedom we link a good salary and this becomes prominent in our model, although we do not want to put it first in all contexts, this point is strongly present in our context because we believe that financial freedom is a strong aspect of the freedom genre. In order to be able to deliver a company without frameworks, so that everyone can freely shape their own everyday life, we do not have managers who regularly buy lunch to check how the assignment is going. We work to have regular contact with consultants and customers, but historically, not according to a schedule. We are available by email and phone around the clock when partners want to reach us. In the future, we will work more to provide feedback to the consultants in order to reconcile current development wishes and to have the opportunity to be responsive in the pursuit of improvement. In developing our way of working, we have taken support from collective agreements and developed agreements that, in our opinion, are more secure than the conditions a collective association can offer. Fixed salary from day one also between assignments, help when assignments disappear and with the opportunity to customize security according to your own wishes. We are a management with legs in different areas of knowledge, we work to constantly meet requests and shape ourselves according to our employees, it can be perceived as non-competent to not follow any specific framework for the employees. Instead, we focus on how our knowledge can best be shaped according to wishes. The focus is to provide conditions that allow consultants to grow freely.
