Cons
Due to financial situation, restructuring is causing teams to be understaffed and the workload and stress levels are increasing massively. It appears panels are not considering the wider team when making staffing decisions and in my opinion they will have to go back on decisions in future because of this. Expected to do work of someone on a higher salary band than you (as well as your own work) for months at a time with no compensation and no recognition.
