It's hard to let people go. It doesn't happen very often but we can't make people care about their job and can only allow so many mistakes. It takes a lot of errors to get fired from this company.

They treat their employees great around holidays

I came to work every day and did my job. Never called in sick, never late, and had great reviews from the buyers I worked with. But I was not born in Springfield Illinois so I did not fit in. The women in the office, did not like me and I was let go right before my 90 days.
