It's hard to let people go. It doesn't happen very often but we can't make people care about their job and can only allow so many mistakes. It takes a lot of errors to get fired from this company.

Really strict on attendance they don't care about single parent or not management talks behind your back they go behind your back If they don't like you you will know and eventually get fired for whatever they can come up with
