Safety always comes first, and there are clear protocols in place to ensure it. You do hands-on work with modern equipment, which teaches you a lot quickly. It’s also nice to have teammates who'd never leave you in the lurch. I'm grateful to have a job that's steadily broadening my experience.

We have a lot of ridiculous leaders here at Solugen, and these terrible leaders cause a lot of stress in the workplace. They also put a ton of pressure on the employees with their unreasonable demands and expectations. It’s no wonder why employees here always exhausted and have very low morale and motivation.
