-They have a decent roster of clients, but no different than any other staffing company out there. -Compensation is average for the industry
Cons
-Management team is constantly in flux. -VERY political and owner wants people to kowtow to his every whim. -Can't ever disagree with management team. You get blackballed if you do. -No growth opportunities. -Management team, including the owners believe they have all the answers yet the turnover there would suggest otherwise. -NO collaborative atmosphere. -Owners and management do not trust the employees at all, therefore no one trusts each other.
