      Pros

      Caring management. Great office environment. Team-oriented. They employ a lot of high-level technologies that other MSPs don't. As a result, there are a lot of opportunities to learn new things if you're willing. Benefits are good. Staff turnover is fairly low. If you want to learn new things and push yourself to develop your skills, you will get the opportunity. In general I felt that quality work was recognized and rewarded.

      Cons

      Pay could be better. There are the typical issues one deals with at a growing company. Internal organization can at times be lacking.

      Pros

      Team oriented environment. Very friendly and caring management. There are a lot of opportunities to learn new things( IT support, Networking, Cloud Technologies, Server Management, Customer Service, etc.) There is some traveling involved so it's never boring. It was a great place to work and helped me to develop new skills.

      Cons

      It's a growing company so you will need to wear multiple hats once in a while. For example you will work on IT implementation projects and some days you will need to help with IT support. However because of that you will develop your skills so much faster than anywhere else.
