Larger contracts and those who worked closer to HQ had a pretty good experience from what I have found out from my coworkers. Seemed to be a pretty positive experience for those employees. Also, it seems as though the company has grown so they are doing some great things and hopefully applying lessons learned on past failures. Pay was as expected or slightly higher for those who the client found valuable.
Cons
Smaller contracts were treated as body shops wherein the cheapest available were used to get the job done. This appeared to impact morale on multiple projects as well as results. C level management often went through the motions to improve things with our real follow through. I would rather you be straight up and tell me that you arent as concerned with smaller contracts or you don't agree with my opinion on resources needed. Im an adult and can handle it.
