Nothing to say except one thing. -Good co-workers as they helped me work for few days at least -Co-workers will help you no matter how many times you ask doubts -Can get good knowledge from few good people and can gain communication proficiency from few people -5 days a week
Cons
There is a whole list of the downsides of this company listed as follows, -There is a 3-year contract for freshers and if you break it you won't get experience certificate -If you are a fresher please don't join, If you are experienced, seriously you'll hate it -If you are support project mostly you have to stay late -Very bad management where no one cares to listen -No canteen, Bad restroom -You will be watched and heard always -less qualified heads -No recreational activities -If you mess up with people chances are you won't get experience letter or even threatened to get fired -Poor system resources -Employees working without offer letter and ID card for at least 7 months to a year -Chances are you will be working even in Government declared holidays -Family based company and nothing can be done against them -Poor HR policies and no authority or power to HR -Feedback is taken for nothing
