Pros

IPGHealth benefits are great and pay is decent. Most people at the mid and junior levels are nice. Remote option is the best and work/life balance can be decent depending on the team you work on.

Cons

This agency says it's data driven and calls itself an analytics agency, but it's a media agency that doesn't know how to media. No one at the EVP level has any experience in analytics and you cater to the media team who are the priority. Process is a mess, teams are understaffed or inexperienced, and there are a lot of egos flying around at the VP level and up. Turnover is high from burn out and instability. New leadership cares less about its employees and analytics compared to the previous leads. Everyone is too busy to provide guidance or mentorship. Not the best reputation within the network.

Pros

Investment ELT, great discipline teams, inclusive culture, growing as a company and has remained largely untouched by the omni acquisition

Cons

Depending on your lead, your experience varies wildly. The gap between the great leaders and the other leaders is large.

Pros

Opportunity to get exposure to a few different types of analytic softwares or grow expertise in a specific tool/software. Top 10 pharma clients. WFH flexibility (for now)

Cons

Long-term growth can be hard because the agency takes on a lot of smaller clients/short-term projects vs larger, transformational client work.
