      Excellent work-life balance, management, very interesting job

      Cons

      It’s a shame that my position has been moved to Poland. I’ve never enjoyed my work as much as I did at Solventum.

      Pros

      Position was work from home. I had great supervisors and there was zero micromanagement.

      Cons

      There was a lot of realignment of teams and I ended up with 3 different supervisors in less than a year.

      Very Flexible work remote policy.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations- always pressure to do more with fewer people. Causes a lot of stress.
