      Somaiya Group gives good opportunities to newcomers with their up-coming projects in Research and Development field. It helps the graduate pass-outs to gain good industrial exposure.

      Cons

      Although, the learning experience for the beginners in this company is almost next to excellent, the growth opportunities for a Somaiya employee is comparatively very less.
