      They will give you green paper in exchange for labor. They provide great safety equipment and will purchase supplies as needed in the field, they pay for certification and necessary credentials to perform work.

      Cons

      Work description changes real-time depending on how PM's day is going, field work research and preparation do not exist, micromanaging is the name of the game.

      Good training when you start. Working with a good supportive team to help on projects.

      Cons

      Long days due traveling can be tiresome sometimes and last min schedule changes were annoying.
