Pros

I really cant think of any

Cons

SCAM ALERT*SCAM ALERT*SCAM ALERT LOCAL MEDIA-TAKE NOTE: There are several LAWSUITS against them for FRAUD! They just filed a SECOND BANKRUPTCY! Sometimes Partners LLC. Crystal Stewart, CFO. Hewitt, TX Christie Ogle, CEO. China Spring, TX Max Ogle, COO. China Spring, TX My contact information is at the bottom of this review. This company is a complete scam. The majority of the reviews are from employees, close friends, or family. They're direct rip off. I will explain why, for both customers and franchise owners. Look how they are trying to drown out this review by getting their friends to give a five star rating! To sum it up, this company is run by a lowlife couple (A social worker and a motorcycle mechanic )and a pushover third-wheel friend(another social worker). They brilliantly devised a plan to screw over franchise owners and customers. They do things to their standards, and if you don't like it they tell you to take a hike. They treat their employees like dirt, make fake advertising that looks like it's from the news, and steal left and right. ***For customers… Don't waste your time. They will book you out a few weeks to make it seem like they're busy. Send new hires to your home without proper experience because their employee turnover is ridiculous. They may do good work, they may not. But if you don't like it, good luck getting them to make things right. They are quick to send "legal letters" to get you to pay, and bully you into submission until they get their way. ***For possible franchise owners… RUN! Don't even look back. Distance yourself from the start. They will take you in and have you "drink the juice" and make you think this is the greatest company in the world. They will take your money and leave you high and dry. There's no support, zero advertising, terrible training, and charge you out the wazoo. This is not a viable business plan and the only reason they are still in business is because they sell franchises to unsuspecting go-getters. As soon as you get behind, which you will, they send threats and bills. Until they lock you out, then you get another bill where you owe them thousands of dollars. Take my word for it, ask around, do your research and stay away. Ask them to speak with every single franchise owner they have. You'll see exactly what I'm talking about, they are failing left and right. If you end up in their 15 x 20 "corporate office" I'm sorry but you've already gone too far. ***For employees… I guess you can go ahead and work here and be successful for short period of time. They will jip you on your pay and have you working crazy hours. Have you working off the clock and complain when you're not done in time. But hey, if you want a short-term job to pay some bills, go ahead. *** there is a reason why you can't leave Facebook reviews on their page*** Also, do your research on public record, they claim there are investigations… Let’s rephrase that. There are LAWSUITS PENDING AGAINST THEM FOR FRAUD! Here’s how it goes down, you will get invitation to go to their joke of a corporate office in Hewitt Texas. They will brainwash you into thinking this is the most amazing company in the world, lie to you telling you that you’re going to make millions, have you draw stupid pictures about what your goal is and how much money you’re going to make. Drawing pictures of mansions, nice cars, boats on the lake, smiling family members. Maybe I’ll go to the media and tell the story? I️ lost over $30,000 and I’m the lucky one.

Pros

Allows you to use your skills (if you have any) and help people who are in need of home repairs.

Cons

First and most importantly, the owners are completely obsessed with turning a buck, Max and Christy are 100% about making money and don’t care about taking care of their employees or the customer. When I was an employee I worked for a great guy who was constantly being hounded by them for money. He needed up returning the franchise to them and that’s when things went downhill. They changed the pay scale without consulting the employees, fired several hard working members of the team, and didn’t want to pay workers for the time between jobs (leaving one job and going to next). If the job took longer than the estimate (which was a joke) they wouldn’t pay the worker.
