I'm not a Support Shepherd employee BUT they helped me land a job. Support Shepherd's hiring team is excellent. They have a pretty tough assessment but it's part of the process. Jedmay and Grace have been excellent in keeping up to date with the process and everything that's happening in my application (and they're super friendly too!). They even cross-endorsed my application to other clients which does not happen all the time. They make sure you get the news regardless if it's a success or a rejection. They don't just ghost applicants.
