      Great leaders at the very top, clear industry experts. Good learning environment, given responsibility. Most employees in 20s, switched on.

      Pros

      Great company culture, commitment to the growth of their employees, stability. Really fun place to work if you like a hybrid work environment where you get to connect with your team in person frequently.

      Cons

      Some of the client work is frustrating to manage and technically unchallenging. Lack autonomy for tech stacks but the company is always working on improving it.
