Pros
Please be incredibly careful when reading the 5-star reviews on this page. They are obvious HR damage-control moves meant to artificially balance out the real feedback. If you look closely, you will notice that the 5-star reviews are highly repetitive, generic, and use almost the exact same phrasing. Do not fall for the fake positivity; look at what real employees are actually experiencing here.
Cons
Blatant Nepotism and Fear: It is incredibly frustrating to work here. The CEO brings in his own friends from his past circle and hands them high-level positions they are completely unqualified for. They bypass real interviews while hard-working employees are left behind. Everyone sees it, but there is a culture of fear—no one dares to speak up or challenge this because you’ll be targeted. Ruining Customer Trust for Quick Cash: The CEO has zero background in product management, yet he controls it like a dictator. He treats this place like a short-term cash grab. Instead of building a real, honest product that lasts, the strategy is all about squeezing money out of customers right now, even if it feels dishonest and ruins their trust. It is embarrassing to watch our reputation get destroyed for short-term wins. A Culture of "Yes Men": The CEO only wants people around him who clap and agree with every single word he says. Healthy debate is dead here. If you don't blindly validate him, you aren't welcome. This ego-driven leadership is bringing absolutely zero value to the company. No Future for Sonar: It makes me deeply sad to see Sonar end up like this. It feels like the leadership is just here to milk the company for everything it’s worth, take care of their friends, and leave whenever they get what they want. They do not care about the long-term future of this company or the employees who built it.
