Pros
Remote/Hybrid environment is a plus. There are opportunities for growth if you are patient and willing to learn and adapt to change. I do feel as though everyone generally operates with the best intentions, the mission and values are an integrated part of the experience and not just “words we say” There is a good amount of transparency within the department as well as the company as a whole. There are a lot of opportunities for feedback. Benefits are thoughtful and generous, company swag is nice and not tacky.
Cons
Communication is disorganized, changes are often made without notifying those who are affected. Customer Operations feels disconnected from the company as a whole. Change is really constant, which isn’t necessarily a con but often it feels reactive rather than proactive, which leads to a lot of problems that could have been avoided. Short term fixes to long term problems. It’s tough to know if these are just growing pains.
