Pros
If you're accepting of the overall environment - you'll go far. My experiences noted below are reflective of the particular location I am employed at. Your experience may (I hope) vary.
Cons
By all appearances - corporation is out of tune (?) with what is going on at the dealer level. Fly-by-the-seat-of-the-pants, make-up-things-as-you-go atmosphere with stunning lack of processes, procedures, and coordination. Nobody on same page inter-departmentally. LONG days & some six day weeks; pay not at all commensurate with the brutal hours put in. This from a company that claims to recognize & understand that employees have a family life outside of work. Alarmingly offensive/uncomfortable work environment at times - if somebody knew a good lawyer in the family, they could potentially have a field day here.
