      Pros

      Nice and easily understandable work environment. Staff is willing to help as long as you ask questions.

      Cons

      Too much over time, weekends are hit or miss (most of the time you are working 7 day weeks). If there is a call off, you are expected to work an extra 4 hours/come in 4 hours early to cover.

      Great co-workers, and I always feel welcome. Real engineering problems to solve, and people here to help when I need it.
