Pros
First of all, thanks to the Sony India Software Centre, Bangalore branch. There, I worked as Technical Lead for two years. I got the chance to get expertise on Python Load testing using JMeter and the Locust framework. From scratch hands-on expertise on Docker, Gitlab CI/CD Pipeline. Would recommend coming here if anyone want to grow in skill set.
Cons
The HR team should work as an individual team, not under any manager/director. I left the organisation due to micromanagement.
