Taking class for free, getting out to spread the word about soulcycle around the neighborhood

Managers can be very rude and very demanding and sometimes do not know how to treat employees, Riders can as well be very rude and think they are always right. I worked at the Miami COGA Studio and the environment was very not real. Everyone seemed to very fake with one another especially managers that would speak behind everyones back
