Thank you, for you response. We're please to know you enjoyed working for us and the positive experience. We will certainly note the Con "wearing many hats" as we know it may not suit everyone and should make sure that if someone is asked to wear another hat they are comfortable doing so. Additionally, we will work to better understand if a resource is needed instead of someone wearing an additional hat to meet the need.
