- the constant lying
- low pay - practically slave wage
- excess work load (seeing almost 10 patients nightly while answering over 500 calls on stupid things like constipation medication at 2 am or diet)
- they expected me to teach nurses (nurses complaining that no teaching was done) - i did not sign up to be a nursing educator
- incompetent icu nurses running the show - protocol following robots
- the excessive bullying by both nurses and fellow colleagues for those of us that just wanted to do our jobs and go home.
- the thief of rvu - no matter what you bill, they next day, your rvu on monitor is less.
- Chief constantly lied.
- i was actually encouraged by another colleague who was also leaving to leave the job. that is how bad.
- colleagues including chief constantly gossiping about other colleagues. those of us not interested in gossiping were isolated and treated badly.
- no one stays at the job. people who need visas are planning to leave once they get the visa.
- deceitful recruitment practice.
- this was my first job out of residency. it was worst than death.
- they hire mostly new grads and workers needing visas as they as unable to compete with other decent employers.
- I am so glad I left.
