Competitive salary Generally a good culture Seems like a great environment for clinicians Very solid software development leadership

Cons

4+ years to migrate to the cloud while continually breaching HIPAA compliance. Rampant crony-ism. Untechnical "finance bro" CIO whom brought favorites along from another company. Painfully disorganized and out of date Help Desk and deployment methods. Senior leadership that won't acknowledge the team's needs. Favoritism and office politics are rampant in IT, and likely elsewhere in the company. Untrained and undisciplined IT Operations Leadership with a "fake it til you make it" attitude. Will go out their way to sabotage others. Leader refuses to prioritize work. Cares more about entertaining leadership than the team's health or for adopting Agile best practices used by the rest of IT. Flagrantly sexist IT Product Management Leadership. If you're a CIS male on this team, don't expect to be heard or recognized for much here. Not even a birthday card. Expect to be continually belittled, insulted, and fired for disagreeing with the wasteful and self-promoting methods of some of the VP's favorites.

work from home, smaller business, personable nurse manager

Cons

lack of training, then they blame you for not meeting training standards. For example only able to train odd hours that didnt work for me, then complained it took to long when i only trained 2 hours every other week. Of course it takes 2 months to train when only trained 1-2 hours every other week When I applied I said I had OB expierence but 30 weeks and under, then later complained I didnt know labor calls well enough. Most of calls were OB but it was advice for all areas and I KNOW triage and advice very well and would have been great assest to them Another MAJOR con is the pay. My other job paid 2.5 times more so of course they had priority when I trained, so if ya want to pay more, I would have trained any hours open first, but otherwise you are last on my list. Other call jobs pay the same and dont require you to be a RN, for example southwest airlines call agents etc . Anyway their loss
