Excellent company culture that allows everyone to thrive, learn new skills, move up through the ranks and bring their whole selves to work. Owner/managers are collaborative, supportive and great mentors. Team members are positive and assume best intentions. The entire company is and always has been WFH. Compensation is competitive and reviewed annually.
Cons
If you are social and need daily, face-to-face interactions with co-workers, WFH may not work for you. WFH also requires good self discipline and boundary setting.
