      Pros

      great brand recognition, cool opportunities to engage with artists, solid pay esp compared to other places in the music industry, lots of PTO, a few truly amazing people, remote, nice office with paid lunch

      Cons

      leadership is a mess and not aligned, unclear how to get promoted or get a raise, low morale across the company esp after layoffs, lots of internal politics, lots of turnover with little documentation, women and lower level employees seem to be promoted less

      The culture is great; everyone who works there truly cares about keeping the product alive. The people who work here are great people overall too

      Resources are really limited, there's often a lot of organization change. strategy changes really quickly without structure
