Our hybrid policy is evolving (two days in-office, three days remote) because SoundExchange believes that in-person relationship building, knowledge sharing, and collaboration are essential aspects of our culture, as is valuing a flexible workplace that still allows the majority of work for most roles to be performed remotely.
