C-level leadership openly practices favoritism, allowing specific individuals to avoid work while undermining other developers. No Technical Growth: There are zero engineering best practices. The focus is purely on "getting things to run" with no regard for industry standards or code quality. Lack of Accountability: Senior management often takes credit for successes but creates a blame culture where developers are scapegoated when issues arise. Deceptive Offboarding: The company is highly manipulative regarding notice period buyouts, attempting to mislead employees rather than following standard procedures. Bizarre Office Policies: Management enforces extreme cost-cutting, such as frequently turning off AC and reducing tea cup sizes. There are also restrictive rules regarding footwear and dietary choices in the office. Inconsistent Policies: HR policies and leave structures are changed every quarter without transparency.
