      Competitive pay Beautiful Facility Benefits

      Cons

      Fails to realize the market we're in Laid of over 100 people due to over budget and overspending on a multi million dollar facility right after CoVid with 10,000 art pieces. Instead of investing in staff to help it's retail branches, it reduced its corporate work force. I don't believe it's management is sustainable and I'll be surprised if in 10 years it will be even mentioned

      Favoritism Non-existent Raises Unnecessary AI use EVERYWHERE Pays less than other banks that are keen on selling, while they now take a sales-forward approach for no raise whatsoever Higher-Ups don’t know what being in a branch is like in the modern day
