      The pay was good... till they are done using you

      Brought in to fix problems. Promised loads of opportunity and delivered none. Replaced with unpaid interns once I set up the program.

      Pay is decent for the area, the work can be rewarding.

      Cons

      Not a compassionate company to work for. Also, take the hourly rate. On salary you will work many hours of overtime and never get paid for it.
