As a single owner company, it is easy to have access to the person who makes the final decision. Decisions are made quickly.
Cons
Does not allow management to make any final decision without approval of the owner. Company policy requires minimum work week of 45 hours ( or more) for salary people. Benefit package (Medical, 401K, Retirement) is well below normal industry standards.
