      Decent pay and benefits. Lots of diverse projects. Company employs some really good folks.

      Cons

      Company is RIFE with nepotism and favoritism. In this reviewer's opinion, the owner values loyalty and outward appearance over quality and substance of work produced. Lots of failing upward in senior management, and they are clueless on how to develop and grow an effective cohesive team. Very little standard processes and procedures. Operates like a 10-15 person company.
