Pros
You are usually fully booked if you are a FEMALE therapist Pay is decent, opportunities for add-ons/commission Tips are decent Hydraulic tables, dimmable lights, warmers in every room Easy parking (garage behind building, free) Lubricants are provided
Cons
Major issues with company morale, therapists are miserable High turnover Regular drama, unprofessional behavior among therapists - especially from senior therapists towards new hires. (ie. gossiping about clients, management, other staff members, having extremely inappropriate conversations *loudly* in break room) Schedules are inflexible and availability is random TINY break room / lack of facilities for staff Time disrespect from management, lack of communication Micromanagement: rooms are inspected every day, moles within staff that run straight to management over any "mistakes", you MUST follow their protocol or you will be approached by their trainer/forced to retrain Owner is nowhere to be found 99% of the time Multiple complaints from therapists about things being broken, needing to be replaced (towel warmer door flew off during a session, lights never work, face cradles missing velcro, etc.) Little-to-no communication within company (no slack, etc.)
