Pros

I joined Space Executive 6 months ago after being at my previous agency for several years. I've been very impressed with the level of support and collaboration within the team. The management constantly helps you to aim higher and supports you in your career goals and aspirations.

Cons

None to note at the moment.

Pros

Flexibility: Employees have the autonomy to set their own hours, arriving early or late, as long as they complete their work or compensate for any missed time. The MD in Singapore trusts the team completely and refrains from micromanagement. Commission Structure: The commission plan is among the best, featuring a low threshold. Culture: The company fosters an open culture where colleagues provide honest feedback. The team operates with a flat hierarchy and a lean structure. Everyone is encouraged to assist with client introductions, promoting collaboration without toxicity—no one steals roles or speaks ill behind others' backs. Leadership by Example: The MD is one of the few who still actively bills and consistently ranks as the top biller. Working with an Elite Team: The team comprises some of the industry's best recruiters. In 2023 and 2024, the APAC team achieved impressive results in a challenging market; any member could easily be a top biller elsewhere. Even in the current "down market," the outlook remains positive. Being surrounded by motivated individuals naturally boosts one's own motivation. Minimal Internal Meetings: To be fair, there’s only one short meeting a week, usually around 30 minutes. The company believes salespeople should spend more time in the field, and that’s exactly what they encourage.

Cons

Minimal Cross-selling: Since it’s a smaller setup, most people work in silos within their own fields. However, there’s a lot of untapped potential for cross-selling that could be better utilized. Training could be improved: A 8 weeks training program for ACs could be developed and implemented to enhance onboarding and skill development.
