Pros
Following acquisition, the parent company is competent and aligned with industry standards. Very diverse team. The products are interesting. Good pay.
Cons
- Culture is resistant to change, with some people feeling threatened by new ideas or different wants of doing things, even if it's to align with industry standards and best practices
- unprofessional and degrading behavior is tolerated, especially towards minorities
- Lack of infrastructure and reactive engineering environment. The engineering is under scoped, amateur, and the schedules are too condensed given the complexity it would take to execute the programs correctly.
- Many of the growing pains listed in reviews over a decade ago are still prevalent in the organization. Despite growth, those pains have not been overcome or resolved.
