You meet great people and work with a supportive team

Working as ground staff can get monotonous

Great summer job for university students, you get to work with a lot of people your age and from everywhere. It's also nice to rotate to different job stations every hour.

Management has some issues, there's a serious disconnect between upper management and their understanding of what on-the-ground employees experience. Not many opportunities for upwards mobility.
