- They care so much about their employees that the employees take advantage of the company and don't work at all. - Regular team members complain about anything. - You have to join a Union even if you do not want to. - The company wastes too much time, money, and energy on training, which makes no sense and/or employees don't appreciate. - They force you to use 'inclusive" language against your will or will fire you. - The company has a BIPOC talk every month that discriminates against other ethnicities. - They focus more on inclusivity than on the actual job duties. - Employees call out all the time, making it hard for the job of people who go to work, but the company doesn't care. - Employees who put in minimal effort or barely show up to work face no consequences.
