People in the company have big egos and small brains. If you are looking for international exposure thinking that this will be a good opportunity, you are wrong. Stay wherever you are, you will have better chances to progress in your career. The company has very laid back approach where you won’t be working on anything meaningful for months (not even weeks). HR is pathetic. They have 0 empathy, or respect for the employees and surprisingly will threaten you if you try to explore some solution with them.
