Pros

Nothing, all around crappy place to be. This is not a place to innovate or further your career.

Cons

Everything. The environment is awful. Nepotism results in incompetence and excuses for bad behavior. Big egos. Poor attitues. I saw the negative the reviews and still accepted a job. Beware, you'll be looking to leave shortly after you start.
