Pros
Spaceflight will challenge and teach anyone years of experience in a very short time. There are some wonderful people there that are wicked smart, and ready to get the job done! It's a lean team but a hard working group.
Cons
Lean can get leaner when you don't invest in the right people. They have a tendency to pile on multiple jobs on a single person but not adequately compensate them. Therefore, leading to a lot of burn out and hence why some of the right folks left. With the acquisition there is a very clear struggle of power within the LT. While the company has had a lot of strong female leaders, it feels like they are being pushed to the side and no longer recognized. There seems to be only the CEO and another Male leader that get to make any decisions even when many are telling them its the wrong one. Some of the choices were siloed and not transparent until being told what was happening. The culture has transitioned to being a bit toxic and uncomfortable for some.
